Main inspiration came from two very special thing - one is the song what's lyrics where really inspiring. I think this was one of the first songs I ever listened by myself as Modern Talking, was sure, the first band I picked up in my childhood and haven't given up still. Hopeless romantic as I am.. And then there is "Battlestar Galactica" and Revelations where they find Earth in ruins.. something on that last scene of the episode strike me so powerfully that I felt that moment.. there is the idea to work.. and even if it was quite long time ago.. now here it comes..

In so many ways this work feels to me like things I used to do in old times.. I do not know why for sure but they time I spent on it.. the level of details.. Over long time I felt this needs details separately to show every little thing I did. Over 200 layers again. 2-3 days for sure..images like that was the reason I almost quit manipulating one moment as I could not bear working on one image so long.. but as my sister said to me this time: more care you put on image.. more special it can come.. more hours you spend, better it comes.. let's hope she is right.

So.. is it what waits us in 100 years? Distinction of world we know and we drowning in the sea.. all turned into ruins and there is no room left for emotions and love..

But whatever comes there are always dreamers left who hold on to the past and cannot it all turn grey.. there will be still colors and on one magical moment.. the life will find its way to our hearts again.. and it will all turn green.. a little bloom first and then more and more and the magic will fill the air.

I am very proud with that anger or whatever the glass roof is.. It was fun to cut out.. and even more fun was to make it look like it has class.. and then break it in some places and add those cracks and water drops over it.. Yes, like it had rained before but now it stops.. all the tears the world had are now cried.. all the desperation will pass.. here.. where once were only ruins.. on this wasteland where no hope could survive.. there is still hope and it is growing..

And she.. I like that little scared and surprised expression of model.. Imagine.. living in world where noone can feel and you are the only one who still cares.. maybe even only one left between those ruins what once was great civilization.. and then.. come to a place you have been every day for years.. every day you have passed to see even a slight hope but nothing.. until that moment the power of nature will find its way.. and there will be green in the middle of all the blue and grey..

And I am really sorry if there is too much blue and grey.. it was even more desperate and cold before but it felt just too much.. we need colors... And those papers.. old love letters.. all she has hold on.. all that has given her hope.. and now she can let it go.. now she will have something else.. The past haunting her is over now.. now there is a future, something to wait and go for.. I wish I will find oneday that moment where I will manage to let go all the past I am holding on.. and move on...
