Yesterday, I and Liisa thought that we will do something we had not done long - go to movies. I went to cinema last time sometime on summer, to see new Harry Potter, but she.. I do not even remember that.

So, our choice went to "Sweeney Todd", and I am quite sure because of the Johnny Depp as there could have been also "Jumper" but... I do love sci-fi but not that young actor on the main role there.. so "Sweeney Todd"

If you have seen the film, then you defenetly know how much blood there was and I totally understand why there was not allowed under 14. But it was, on visual side and on camera work, stunning. The way the angles were used, the way everything was somehow dark... and ofcourse.. the costumes.. stunning... and both of the main chars looked quite dead, if I could say that..

I loved the symbolism there, and the story... the way it went, the way the end was done - I do not imagine better fate for Sweeney Todd than the one he got.. it was somehow so beautiful, on the other hand so sad.. and shocking...

Ok, the point remains - it was stunning... :)

And then.. later at the night.. we watched with Mari the last Stargate -Atlantis episode.. and now we have to wait like every other person... and next week... Paul McGillion will return.. :) I have waited it so long...

I think the reason you are getting very little or no snow is because we've been getting more than our fair share here in New York. I wish I could send it your way. I'm sick of seeing it and it doesn't help my winter depression. Oh well I'm happy for you that you got some snow. and congrats on the suggested DD it is a great work and deserves the attention.
